Hours

A plan grants a block of hours. Each session is charged against that balance once the mentor reports it. Some agencies review each report before it is charged.

The balance

Remaining is what is left to book. Used counts the hours charged so far, and Purchased is the total the plan granted.

Outcomes

Completed charges the hours. Awaiting report means the mentor has not reported yet, so nothing is charged. Canceled and No-showcharge nothing, except a student's second and later no-shows, which carry the agency's penalty.

Changes to the balance

Granted adds hours. Session charges an approved one. No-show penalty is the charge for a repeat no-show. Adjustment is a change the agency made, and External mentor covers hours with a mentor outside Olva. Sessions held outside Olva arrive as adjustments.
