Where reviewed hours land, and how they turn into pay.
The hours line in the header shows the running total. Clicking it opens the Hours tab: balance, payments, past sessions and the ledger.

How hours settle
Completed hours settle as soon as they are reported, or wait under Pending reviewwhen the agency reviews hours first. Logged hours always wait for review. Settled hours add to Unpaid. A student no-show adds the agency's no-show credit, and cancellations add nothing. Completing covers hours the agency sends back.
Getting paid
When the agency records a payment, it appears under Payments and Unpaid drops by those hours. The agency sets the rate and currency.
