Record

The Record is the written part of the Arc: who a person is, where they're headed and the work so far. Jobs, resumes, the website and outreach drafts all draw on it.

Sections

1. 1.Profile: name, pronouns, location, contact details and links.
2. 2.Direction: one sentence on where the Arc is headed, then the job targets.
3. 3.Education: schools, plus any degree being planned.
4. 4.Experience: each role, what was done there, and the results.
5. 5.Projects: things built, why they were made, and how they turned out.
6. 6.Publications: papers and other writing.
7. 7.Honors & certifications: awards and credentials.

Insights appears once Olva has picked up interests, values and talents. It is read-only.

How it fills in

The resume from onboarding writes the first draft. Olva chat offers Add to arc cards for new work, and Add on any section enters an entry by hand.

Job targets

With no track set, the Feed stays empty.

Editing

Edit on an entry opens its form. Save changes keeps the edits and Remove deletes the entry. Only one form opens at a time.
