Every contact moves through five stages.
- 1.New: added and waiting for first contact.
- 2.Outreach: an email or LinkedIn message is out, waiting on a reply.
- 3.Meeting: they agreed to talk. The time and the prep live here.
- 4.Post-Meeting: notes, a summary and a thank-you.
- 5.Archived or Closed: Archived after the wrap-up, Closed when outreach goes nowhere.
Reach out
The send icon opens a draft in Gmail or Outlook. Mark sent starts the follow-up clock.
Meet and wrap up
Board view
The board icon beside the telescope, in the contact list header, opens Board view: one column per stage from New to Post-Meeting. Dragging a card to another column changes its stage.
