Hours
What the hours line means, and where each hour went.
A plan grants a block of hours. Each session is charged against that balance once the mentor reports it. Some agencies review each report before it is charged.
The history
Outcomes
Completed charges the hours. Awaiting reportmeans the mentor hasn't reported yet, so nothing is charged. Canceled and No-showcharge nothing, except a student's second and later no-shows, which carry the agency's penalty.
Changes to the balance
Granted adds hours. Session charges an approved one. Adjustment is a change the agency made, with its reason. Sessions held outside Olva arrive as adjustments.
