Writing a service plan from consultation notes, editing it, and its versions.
A plan is the service proposal for a lead: Basic, Advanced or Elite, in Chinese or English.
Create and edit a plan
Tracks and timeline entries can be removed, and timeline entries reordered. The refresh icon updates the PDF preview before saving.
Working with a plan
- 1.Version menu: every saved version. Edits add v1.1, v1.2. A new plan starts v2.0.
- 2.Language menu: switches between Chinese and English. A missing language is translated on request.
- 3.Download: saves the plan as a PDF.
- 4.Plus: starts a new plan from fresh notes.
- 5.Regenerate: shows when a plan predates onboarding, and rebuilds it with the lead's Arc.
