How the feed is ranked
Every posting goes through three steps, all read from the Arc.
- 1.Keep the open roles in the Arc's tracks, at its level and region.
- 2.Drop any the Arc doesn't qualify for, by sponsorship, degree or clearance.
- 3.Rank the rest by title fit, shared skills, matching past work, and freshness.
Saved, applied and dismissed jobs stay out of the feed.
Alerts
The email includes only roles posted after the company is watched and email is turned on.
Applications
The board icon opens saved and applied jobs, one column per stage: Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, Closed. Dragging a card changes its stage.
