Account holds the ways to sign in, the contact details Olva uses and the time zone for every time it shows.
Sign-in email
Under Sign-in methods, Email shows the address that gets a one-time sign-in code. Change opens a dialog: enter the new address, then the 8-digit code sent to it. The new address takes over once the code is confirmed, and the old one stops working for code sign-in.
Google sign-in
Connect under Google adds a Google account as another way into the same Olva account. Add another Google account connects a second one, for example a school and a personal account. Disconnect asks for confirmation before removing one. The only connected Google account stays until another one is added.
Contact email and phone
Session confirmations and cancellations go to Contact email with a calendar invite. While it matches the sign-in email, it follows a sign-in email change. Phone appears on the Record and on resumes.
Time zone
Session times on the calendar, in requests and in hours dialogs all use this zone, so a mentor and a student in different zones each see their own local time. A change applies as soon as it's saved. Mentors set it before posting availability in Scheduling.
