Agencies

Agencies holds the settings for each agency a person belongs to. The agency menu at the top switches between them, and the role in each agency decides which settings appear.

Mentor settings

Legal name, Payout method and Payment detailstell the agency how to pay. Only the agency's admins and finance see the details. Daily cap limits sessions per day.

Pay rate and Unpaid hours are read-only. The agency sets the rate, and Earnings explains how hours settle. External mentors see Prepaid hours in their place. Below zero, it shows the hours the agency owes.

Availability sums the open hours in the next 14 days. Manage availability opens the calendar described in Scheduling.

Hours

Students see the hours left on their plan and every change behind that number: sessions, hours the agency added or removed, and no-show credits.

Payout history

Payments the agency recorded, newest first, each with its amount, date and hours. The mentor's hours ledger follows. External mentors have no payouts here, since the agency prepaid their hours.
